Awards
The Riviera International Conference Centre (RICC) has been awarded 2 prestigious accolades in achieving recognition for excellent service in Hospitality Assured and IIP. All the Centre’s departments, including Conference Torquay have been working hard in order to achieve both these awards, spear headed by the Centre's Human Resources Manager, Claire Newberry, who has overseen and arranged both applications. Riviera International Centre Managing Director, Barry Cole admits: "to being delighted, although confident that the Centre would achieve such recognition as all the Centre's staff are totally dedicated in meeting the criteria set out by both organisations, as this type of work ethic has become second nature".
